EVENING TAI CHI CLASS (£3 contribution)
Taster session on Thursday 22nd January, 2015, 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm in Fisherrow Centre, Musselburgh
Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is a set of 18 simple and easy to learn movements that promote health and wellbeing. This gentle exercise leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Aiding, concentration, stress reduction, building muscle tone and improving mobility through gentle stretching, fluid movement and focused breathing.
EXERCISE TO MUSIC (Free)
10 week programme Starting Wednesday 28th January, 2015, 4.30 – 5.30 pm in Fisherrow Centre, Musselburgh
These sessions will consist of 30 minutes of aerobic exercises, followed by strength and endurance exercises. The session will finish with stretching and a short relaxation. The exercises are to music and the classes are run in a relaxed manner, where participants can enjoy improving their fitness in the company of others.
INTRODUCTION TO JOGGING (Free)
Taster session 1 starts Tue 3rd February, 2015, 11 am to 12 noon from Musselburgh Sports Centre

In partnership with Jog Scotland, CHANGES is offering these taster sessions to adults in East Lothian who would like to start jogging. This is a beginners class which you can attend to see if jogging is for you and if you would like to take it further.
