Most problems are resolved in school. If you wish to raise a concern with any aspect of Wallyford Primary School or about the Education Service, the first person to approach will normally be the Head Teacher of your school. The Head Teacher will usually contact you within 24 hrs but certainly within 48hrs to discuss your complaint.
Complaints should be made to the Head Teacher in the first instance. In the Head Teacher’s absence, please contact the Depute Head Teacher, Amy Milne or the Principal Teacher, Hannah Buchan. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 5 days. If you are still dissatisfied, you should then refer your complaint to Education Enquiries (01620 827991).
